How the Mittelstand does workplace health

Real stories from the community.

Inside the product you'll find a community of Mittelstand peers sharing their journey. Three excerpts – representative of hundreds.

Lunch walk as our entry point

We started small in April: Thursdays, 30 minutes through the industrial park, anyone welcome. No sign-up, no poster – just go. After four weeks, 8–12 people joined regularly. The informal chat during the walk was sometimes more valuable than any meeting.

Mental Health Week, finally

Mental health was a taboo for us for a long time. Around World Mental Health Day, we ran our first "Mental Health Week" – daily impulses by chat, an open Q&A with an external psychologist (anonymous, hybrid), resilience training for managers. The response surprised us. We're doing it again next year.

Brought structure to our health promotion

We finally set up our health promotion in a structured way — a clear process, regular initiatives, our own health room. Thanks to the community for the tips.

What workplace health feels like in EasyBGM

Daylight saving time as a 5-minute action.

A real workplace-health action from start to finish. Effort: 5 minutes setup. Cost: €0. Effect: a clear signal – and a trend in the dashboard.

We share the lost hour. For mental health.

Daylight saving time costs most employees an hour of sleep – and one to two weeks of focus. Instead of ignoring it, you turn it into a visible act of care under the topic of mental health: on the Monday after the change, you start 30 minutes later. Sleep in. Team and company share the lost hour fairly. In EasyBGM, the setup is built in 5 minutes: the action is linked to the goal mental health, the calendar invite goes out automatically a week in advance, paired with a 1-page sleep-hygiene infographic on the intranet. A short anonymous survey runs alongside: "How rested do you feel right now – on a scale of 1 to 10?" Once before, once after the action. The difference lands as a trend in your dashboard and visibly contributes to your mental-health goal.

The idea

From best-practice library to workplace health community.

Good measures aren't designed at the drawing board — they emerge inside companies. That's why we're growing the library into a community, step by step: from curated field reports to a place where mid-sized companies adopt workplace health from each other.

1

Today: a curated library

Proven measures from real companies, editorially prepared — each with effort, cost, process and measurable impact. Adopt one for your company with a single click.

2

Already now: share from the product

In the community feed you exchange experiences with other companies. Propose your best measure as a best practice — our editors review and publish it.

3

Tomorrow: the SME workplace health community

A place where companies show what works for them — and adopt what works for others. Learning from each other instead of reinventing the wheel.

We're at the beginning — and building this together with the first companies.

Your practice could be the next best practice.

Start for free, adopt a proven measure — and share what works for your team.
