Your own address, customer groups and the health insurer connection. EasyWHP only appears as “powered by” in the footer.

Your domain, your brand – EasyWHP becomes invisible. Plus bookable offers in the client portal.

Frequently asked questions
What does the partnership cost?
Signing up costs nothing, and neither does the Bronze package. For the other packages, we agree the terms with you.
Do I need a contract?
Not as a provider who only lists offers. If you bring companies onto the platform, you accept the partner agreement in the Bronze package – with one click in the partner portal, when you create your first company. You can read the agreement there too.
How do companies find me?
In two ways. You bring your own clients through your page or your registration link, or you create them yourself. And companies that work with EasyWHP find your offers in the marketplace and at the right point in their programme. There is a partner model in both directions for this.
What do I see of my clients' data?
In companies that belong to you, you work with consultant access. Each company is separate from all others. With companies that do not belong to you, as a provider you see only what a company explicitly shares with you – and it can withdraw that at any time. One exception: anyone who books your sessions or takes part in your course gives you their name and email themselves.
Does EasyWHP appear on my page?
With Bronze, your page names EasyWHP as the platform. With Silber, only “powered by EasyWHP” remains in the footer. From Gold, EasyWHP appears nowhere – your clients see only your brand.
Can I bring in health insurers?
Yes. This applies to German statutory health insurers. From Silber, you connect health insurers with your clients. Your page and the employee portal can also show a membership form of your insurer or a partner insurer.
What happens after I sign up?
We review your details and approve you. You then set up your presence in the partner portal and add your offers. We answer any questions at [email protected].
