Where are you today – and where could you be in 6 months?

Four maturity levels show you where your company stands and what the next step is.

Intuitive

We do something for health – but based on gut feeling, without a plan or system.

L2

Structured

First structures emerge: an annual plan, a dedicated budget, regular offerings.

EasyWHP Core Area

L3

Process-driven

A continuous health promotion process is established: needs-based, with mandate and data-driven.

L4

Systemic

Workplace health management is an integral part of corporate strategy and leadership culture.

Most EasyWHP users start at L1 or L2 and reach L3 within a year – measurable in the dashboard.

Built on the side

How does a documented WHP process emerge along the way?

Every adapted measure documents itself in the tool — goal, participation, impact. Individual actions turn into a process you can show: to management, to the health insurer, to the team.

Frequently asked questions about health promotion

How quickly can we start our first measure?

Today. Pick a measure, adapt it to your team with the 1-click wizard — it runs tomorrow. Most start with one of the 60 free best practices from the library.

Do we need prior knowledge or WHP training?

No. The tool guides you through every step: area, occasion, measure, goal, survey. Technical terms only appear if you want to see them.

How much time do we need to plan for?

One to two hours per week are enough for the ongoing process. Documentation happens on the side — every measure logs itself in the tool.

Is it worth it even without a budget?

Yes. 60 of the 99 best practices are completely free — and according to iga.Report 40, structured implementation returns an average of €2.70 per euro invested (1:2.7), mainly through fewer sick days. You'll find all sources on our studies page.

How do we make the impact visible?

Every measure gets a goal and a short pulse survey. The dashboard shows participation, satisfaction and key figures — as one page for the next townhall or as a PDF for management.

And what about the company doctor, psych risk assessment and BEM?

Those are the mandatory pillars next to voluntary health promotion — together they form workplace health management. EasyWHP covers them too: see the Compliance and BEM sections.

Which measures count as workplace health promotion?

Anything that promotes health at work — in employees' behaviour and in working conditions. For behaviour, the prevention guideline of the German statutory health insurers names four fields of action: physical activity, nutrition, stress management and addiction prevention. On top of that come ergonomics, healthy leadership, company culture, preventive care and healthy work in the digital world. Examples from the library: lunch walk, micro-breaks via reminder, water station or resilience training.

What helps against stress at work?

Two approaches that complement each other. With the people: short breaks, exercise, mindfulness and resilience offers — stress management is one of the fields German statutory health insurers can fund under Section 20b SGB V. With the causes: time pressure, interruptions, little room for manoeuvre or conflicts are covered by the psychosocial risk assessment, which is mandatory for every employer (Section 5 ArbSchG). Both provisions are German law.
